- Own full P&L expense management for U.S. Vehicle Payments, directing budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, modeling, scenario planning, and executive reporting for a $300M operating expense portfolio across six business units and 700+ positions.
- Calculate and report EBITDA with the revenue organization, giving executive leadership a complete view of line-of-business profitability.
- Lead a team of three (a Senior Manager and two Senior Analysts) and serve as a trusted advisor to GMs, SVPs, and executive leadership across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and G&A.
- Drive finance transformation through Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, governance frameworks, and automated reporting.
- Lead initiatives spanning Finance, Operations, Technology, HR, Payroll, and Customer Experience that contribute more than $10M in annual savings.
